We had an incredible stay! The hotel staff truly went above and beyond to cater to our group's needs, especially with accommodating vegetarians. The free bus to the slopes was convenient, and the meals were delightful with plenty of choices. The sauna and lounge areas were great for relaxation after skiing. However, I wish the access to ski passes was a bit clearer for first-timers. Overall, it was excellent value for our group.
